Dunno whether its the aftermath of my horrendous (read: yet another horrendous) performance in the tests that’s asking me to think like this or is it really true??? I mean I tried to think of what has got into me that I try real hard NOT TO BE NORMAL………
I’m sick n tired….. of my college, of my deeds, of my habits, of……….. probably everything!
Somebody help!
The Hero in ME ! March 31, 2007

I’m clever, funny, and full of surprises. I’m probably on the verge of being fired – but who cares? Work’s boring anyway. When it comes to leisure, I’d rather watch cartoons, crash a wild party, or stage a practical joke than have an elegant tea with my grandma. I’m not big on being “civilized” or following “rules” such as that pesky “speed limit.”
Above all, I’m a trendsetter and a force of chaos. I see tradition as something to be questioned, structure as something to be toppled. I’m popular, charming, and entertaining to be around. I’d make a great actor, comedian, or a rock musician. Everyone loves having me at parties, because with me there, no one has a chance of getting bored.
My Inner Hero – Rogue!

It’s a good thing I use my powers for good and not evil, because quite frankly, I could get away with murder. I’m clever, tricky, and charming. I know how to make you laugh with one hand and pick your pocket with the other. Not that I’d ever DO that, of course…How about you? Click here to find your own inner hero.

Thinking of Evil or D-Evil February 18, 2007

THIS WORLD OF OURS is a world of opposites. There is light and shade, there is heat and cold, there is good and evil, there is God and the Devil. The dualistic conception of nature has been a necessary phase in the evolution of human thought.
Evil is a word frequently used to describe those who deliberately harm other people. The greater the scope and depth of the harm, the more convinced we are that we are in the presence of evil. The word evil is used so often that we tend to lose touch with its true meaning, which includes not only the intention to inflict pain and suffering, but also the intention to defy God by removing oneself from His Presence.
One important question that people often ask themselves is: If God is so good as many claim, where does all the evil in the world come from? Grossly simplified we will try to summarise our answer in the following way. The Bible claims that all evil originates from the Devil. He was originally one of Gods most prominent Angels. But he became proud of his power and beauty and rebelled against God by:
* wanting to make himself god. He did this by, amongst other things,
* asserting a completely new lifestyle. He began to be concerned primarily with himself rather than with the good of others
* and by questioning the character of God, among other things by claiming that God was unreliable, a betrayer.
When the Devil in this way, through selfishness, broke with God he became evil, just as a green leaf withers when it is separated from the tree.
1. Now the Devil attempts, with the craftiness of a Serpent, to trick us humans into joining the rebellion against God. So far he has been so successful, that the Serpent has become a boastful Dragon.
2. Towards us Christians he appears as a roaring Lion, since we have sided with God in the fight against him.
3. It is also the Devil who, through his evil spirits, inspires us to think evil thoughts and to do downright evil things to one another.
4. The devil is probably most dangerous when he appears disguised as an Angel of Light. In this guise he can sometimes even trick priests into following his advice rather than that of God.
